Aspen Alps Apartment #101

This standard 2 bedroom / 2 bath at the Aspen Alps is conveniently located. It is just steps away from Aspen Mountain and town. This condominium is 1200 square feet and on the ground floor on the corner. Upon entering the condo there is a bedroom on each side. The Main bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is off the hallway. The Kitchen flows into the living room, with a nice seating area around the wood burning fireplace. Off the living room, there is a den area with a dining room table and a sleeper sofa as an added benefit. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a nice patio off of the condominium to enjoy, with a nice grassy area.

Enjoy all the Aspen Alps amenities while staying in this apartment: housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, Health Spa & Fitness Center, outdoor hot tub and pool, a full concierge desk, bellman services and business center services.

  We were really pleasantly surprised at how much space there was. Really well kept, and fabulous service from the front desk, who couldn’t be more helpful. The gym was fantastic, had everything needed, and the heated swimming pool and hot tub were an incredible surprise addition! A snowy swim was very welcome. The fireplace was lovely too. Location was brilliant, just a couple minutes walk to supermarket and centrally located to town. Highly recommend.

  My friend and i were so happy with this stay. location is perfect. staff super friendly. access to hot tub in the winter was essential. they offer a free ride service but honestly you are walking distance to everything. comfortable beds. would love to stay again!

  We rent in Aspen every summer, first time at Aspen Alps. Location, amenities, staff were great. We were worried it could be noisy and aside from the afternoon subwoofer from rooftop deck at the W was quiet morning and night. The unit was quite dated with carpet burns and stains, super cheap old appliances, basically has not been updated in 30 years plus. So Aspen Alps gets an “A”, unit 101 gets a C-.

  The service is FIRST CLASS, the location can’t get any better . BUT what I paid is not worth it considering how old the unit is. Kitchen appliances are ancient , bed sheets are cheap, bathrooms are outdated, and unit is no I inviting , it needs a major face lift OR a major reduction in price .

  We had a nice time at Aspen Alps. THe place was exactly as described and the staff at AA was super helpful and accomodating. I recommend they have a few spices, like salt and pepper, but not a huge deal. All the appliances worked and there were plenty of pots and pans.
