Aspen Alps Apartment #103

This apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath at the Aspen Alps. The apartment is conveniently located right next to Aspen Mountain and just steps away from the gondola and Aspen town. The apartment is about 1200 square feet. The Main bedroom has a King bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has two Twins. The updated kitchen and living room have a nice open floor plan. There is seating at the bar of the kitchen island. The Living Room has a comfortable sofa with a TV, and wood burning fireplace. There is an extra bonus area off the living room that has a sleeper sofa and the dining room table. This apartment has a washer/dryer.
The Aspen Alps offers complimentary coffee & tea and toiletries for the apartment during your stay.

  I would highly recommend the aspen alps to anyone staying in aspen. The location is great, the people that work there are incredibly helpful. The condominiums are very much like the photos.

  We loved our stay at unit 103. Perfect location. Loved staying at Aspen Alps. The complex had so many great facilities. Our unit was great for the 4 of us. The only recommendation I would give is to provide some spices, specifically salt and pepper in the kitchen for guests to use.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen Alps condos. Airport pick up and drop off was awesome. They also took us to Aspen highlands and buttermilk. We loved the hot tub and the heated pool was a dream. We also took advantage of the ski in and ski out at Aspen mountain. Fantastic location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

  Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) just got home from a lovely stay at Aspen Alps. The condo was clean, spacious, modern and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. The fitness center exceeded expectation. As for the location, Aspen Alps is in town, backing up to the mountain, close to all the restaurants and stores and just a few steps from the gondola. Can’t wait until next year.

  A Beautiful property, wonderful staff, great location - easy walk to town.

  Aspen Alps #103 is so close to town. Two blocks from city market. This basic model is very basic. Screens falling off the windows and not fitting properly. Bathtub and shower look like they are original from the 70’s. Carpet is shredding. Kitchen utensils and limited and old/tired. No air conditioning. You can hear everyone walk by and their conversations. Woke us up many times. Very much like staying at a tired holiday inn.

  Andy, Sabrina, and Jess were fantastic to work with. The cleaning staff were friendly, efficient, and thorough. The drivers all had personality and were pleasant to engage in conversation.
  
  I am the head of our company, and we do not have the consistency of excellence from the top to the bottom of our team. Other than this review, our stay was so easy and relaxed that until this review I didn’t think about work.
  
  My only criticism would be the quality of the furnishings. The age of the facility cannot be helped, but an update of the mattresses and sofas would be appreciated.
  
  We are repeat customers and will be again. The staff and location will bring us back.

  Condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us the 5 nights we were there. We loved the wood-burning fire place and the proximity to Aspen mountain gondola and shops/restaurants. Also, the cleaning team did a great job of cleaning and preparing the room everyday while we were out enjoying the slopes and shopping!

  The facility was nice but there was no AC. This was not highlighted on the description of the rental property. Additionally, the location was right by the stairs and the maintenance closet which made it a bit noisy. We ended up moving to a different rental property after one night.
