The apartment is conveniently located right next to Aspen Mountain and just steps away from the gondola and Aspen town. | The apartment is about 1200 square feet. The Master bedroom has a King bed, connecting with Jack and Jill bathroom. The Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed. Wonderful high ceilings and an open floor plan that connects the updated kitchen and living room. There is seating at the bar of the kitchen island. The Living Room has a comfortable sofa with a TV, and wood burning fireplace. Extra bed in the form of a murphy bed. There is a dining room table kitchen and a nice desk area as well. | Enjoy all the Aspen Alps amenities while staying in this apartment: housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, Health Spa & Fitness Center, outdoor hot tub and pool, a full concierge desk, bellman services and business center services.

  This property was perfect for our late season father / son ski vacation. The apartment was comfortable, clean and the staff was fantastic.   This unit is very well located. The overall experience and the staff is very professional. The only negative is the sofa and matching chair has feathers that stick out and tend to come out of the fabric making it a little uncomfortable.

  Unit interior was very nice and confortable. Nice to have BBcue and also proximity to town, while being in the trees. The pool situattion was not good--lots of parents letting their kids scream out of cont4ol. With limited seating and 1 pool, this creates an untenable situation for owners and guests who want to sit calmly by the pool, read and relax etc after bike or hike. The cleaning staff were professional and good. The TV was broken half the time, and we understand from maintenance and others that Comcast is a bir problem. I sympathize with postCOVID staff instability,but staff all need to be trained that the reason they are there is to accomodate owners and guests. FYI, guests pay a good amount to stay at the Alps. They should be treated with the same respect and courtesy as owners. Renter Income is what makes the experience possible for many owners.

  This was a wonderful condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Aspen. It was clean, bright, and very comfortable. Also it's in a great location. The only part that wasn't great was sometimes the toilet in the bathroom off of the kitchen would randomly stop refilling with water. We had to pour water into the top part so that it would flush. I think it will be easy enough for a plumber to fix and once that's done this condo is perfect.

  Condo #110 at Aspen Alps had everything we could have needed. We were only a party of 2 guest but comfortably had enough room to for 6. Kitchen had everything for cooking in. Nice steam shower in the master was a nice feature. State of the art gym 2 minute walk away. The town was a pretty short walk away as well. Perfect place to call home for your next vacation!

  Hi. Our stay at Aspen Alps was amazing. The unit was awesome and the entire staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was extremely helpful. We loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. We hit that each day after skiing so fun. I can’t wait to come back next year.

  Wonderful rental property. Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again. The unit does not come with basic cooking ingredients (like oil, salt, etc) so plan to bring them with you. There is a supermarket within walking distance if necessary.
