This conveniently located condo is just steps from the Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Upon entering the condo, you'll find a bedroom on either side of the hallway. The master is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. Further down the hall you'll find the open concept living and dining space with outdoor patio access. A grill and a pair of Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy this wonderful patio. There is a wood burning fireplace, pull out couch and third bathroom. NEW THIS SUMMER 2025: This apartment will be fully airconditioned for your comfort during the summer months.| The Aspen Alps Condos are located in the area's best location, next to the Silver Queen Gondola. Guests can access the resort's many amenities, including the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facilities, Health Spa and more! Take advantage of the free ski shuttle during the winter months. Housekeeping services are included, and there is Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

  We have returned to Aspen Alps many times because their hospitality is spectacular. Housekeeping does a great job, too! We have stayed at several different condos and have enjoyed them all. This condo is ideal because it is located close to town. It is quiet, spacious and well equipped with everything we need. The bedrooms have window air conditioning units, which are nice for a good night of sleep in the summer. We enjoyed walking to our favorite restaurants, shops, gondola, hiking trails and the John Denver Sanctuary. We also hiked the trail from Aspen to Crested Butte and appreciated returning to this lovely condo at the end of a big day.
