Aspen Alps Apartment #505

This pleasant condo is nestled into the hillside adjacent to Aspen Mountain. Located on the corner of the building with high ceilings and great views, this apartment boasts a great open concept living space. Lots of seating room on couches and seats for 5 around the round dining room table. Downstairs on the entry level are the bedrooms. The master is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds also with an ensuite bathroom. | The Aspen Alps Condos are located in the area's best location, next to the Silver Queen Gondola. Guests can access the resort's many amenities, including the outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facilities, spa, concierge services, housekeeping and transportation services.

  We've rented this condo numerous times because it's walking distance into town, very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced for Aspen. The corner unit gives you great views into downtown Aspen. The housekeepers come about every other day. We also get a large parking space for our car so it works great for our family.

  Andrew, Sabrina , Jack and all the shuttle drivers were excellent. Housekeeping was top notch. The communication with the condo team was very good. They are very prompt and proactive.

  This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this rental over the 4th of July. It has everything we need for our family of four. It's a quick walk into town. There are a lot of steps up if you decide to walk but it's not that bad. The views are great from this corner unit. It's clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced for Aspen. This is why we keep coming back!

  Our experience was a little rocky as management discovered issues with the condo on our 2nd day and had to relocate us to another unit. We love this condo and would stay in it again provided it is updated. Furniture in den is very dated and couch is torn at one spot. Wall coverings and paint are stained,etc. bathrooms dated as well but we can live with that. For the price per week one would expect an updated unit. But we love it at the end of the day.
  
  The staff were AMAZING when problems arose. They are very professional, courteous and want to help. We appreciated their quick resolution to the unit not being ok.

  The condo was ok, but could be refurbished.
  It’s quite old.
  The bed is a not a good one. My back suffered with the bad mattress.
  The cleaning service was weak also. They came one or each day and was very superficial. The upside is for sure the location ski in and out. But the condo is far from what a location like this demands.

  Condo was by and large very comfortable - light and bright - full of sunshine, great views - just as pictured. is ski in, ski out, however - you cannot walk to town easily - in winter steps down to main office and road are not shoveled out - so requires walking hilly road/round about to get to village or calling for condo van...also the unit has a problem with door fitting - big gap in frame - cold air blasts into foyer (where bedrooms are) - so unless you blast heat in bedrooms and keep doors closed - they are freezing.

  Aspen Alps is the perfect spots for a vacation! It’s walking distance away from everything. We had a great view of downtown and enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.   We've traveled and stayed at many VRBO/Airbnb, this is by far my favorite place! The view was magnificent, the location is close to everything, the space has everything you would need and more. It's clean, spacious, thoughtfully set up, and the bed was so comfortable.
