Aspen Alps Apartment #704

This condo lies right next to Aspen Mountain and has fabulous ski in/out access. You even have access to your own hot tub.
You enter the apartment with a grand living room with a great sectional and gorgeous views of Aspen Mountain. The Living Room connects to the patio that lies right on Aspen Mountain. There is seating outside to relax, grill and enjoy the views. The deck has its own private hot tub just for you.
On that same level there is a kitchen, cozy fireplace, dining room table for eight to sit at and enjoy a wonderful meal together.
The two bedrooms on this level both have 2 Double beds each and an ensuite bathroom with shower/ tub combination. Both have balconies that overlook Smuggler Mountain with more wonderful views.
On the downstairs level there is a Master Bedroom with an attached bathroom with tub and shower. The bedroom has lots of closet space to unpack and get comfortable.
The Aspen Alps offers a front desk, concierge, housekeeping services, Wi-Fi, has a Fitness Center and Health Spa, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub with great service second to none.

  5 star rental. We stayed in #704. We have two young children. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and the kids loved playing on the patio, watching skiers come down the mountain. The unit was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Comfy beds and linens... wood burning fireplace! The car service was a huge perk we did not expect.

  Location is superb if you are a skier. Walk off the deck, step into your skis on the hill. Incredible. The deck is great. Hot tub + afternoon sun = gold as you watch the skiers drift down the hill.
  
  Aspen Alps property management is outstanding. Especially like the service where they will pick you up wherever you are in town. Team is friendly and super helpful.
  
  Walking to town. Totally doable but it is a big hill on the way back up to the 700 units. Not really doable in ski boots or if you are carrying groceries. Just stop in at the Alps office and get a ride up the hill.
  
  Interior of the condo. The pics reflect the interior of unit 704. Living room is great. Beds super comfy. Kitchens and bathrooms small and a bit dated.
